Another week down and another reason to love or hate the game of football...well fantasy football that is. But, whether your FF team(s) win or lose what really matters most is how well your doing in your money league(s). I think most of you are fortunate that this league isn't for money...while on the other hand some of us might have been able to put a few dollars back in our wallets. I must say I am surprised by Team Gordo this week as their sorry misfit team outscored 2nd place by 45 pts...sorry Team Juice but unless Gostkowski starts rushing or receiving for TDs better than any NFL player has, you're not catching me.
This week was expected to be a wash for everyone due to a sizable week 4 bye for teams like the Broncos, Seahawks, Cardinals, Rams, Bengals, and even the Browns. Truth is, this week was pretty awful but at least everyone broke 100 pts. I can't imagine having a team who's best lineup possible doesn't break 100. Well I think it's time you see for yourself.- Team Gordo - 193.5
- (Final Score)
- Team Juice - 148.5
- Stephen Gostkowski PK, needs to beat 2.0 pts
- Mike's Team - 139.5
- Knile Davis RB, needs to beat 10.5 pts (in flex), 6.0 pts (in RB spot)
- Travis Kelce TE, needs to beat 10.5 pts (in flex), 19.0 pts (in TE spot)
- Stonecutters - 126.0
- Danny Amendola WR, needs to beat 8.5 pts
- Colin2410 - 126.0
- (Final Score)
- Dan's Team - 123.5
- Dwayne Bowe WR, needs to beat 8.5 pts (in flex), 7.0 (in WR spot)
- Julian Edelman WR, needs to beat 8.5 pts (in flex), 7.0 (in WR spot)
- Sarcastaball - 121.0
- Stevan Ridley RB, needs to beat 8.5 pts (in flex), 2.0 pts (in RB spot)
- Aaron Dobson WR, needs to beat 8.5 pts (in flex), 15.0 (in WR spot) <-- b="" inactive="">
--> - Kenbrell Thompkins WR, needs to beat 8.5 pts (in flex), 15.0 (in WR spot) <-- b="" inactive="">
--> - NE D/ST, needs to beat 7.0 pts
- Jeff's Team - 118.0
- Jamaal Charles RB, needs to beat 7.0 pts
- Itchy_Hungry - 109.0
- Tom Brady QB, needs to beat 31.0 pts
- Shane Vereen RB, needs to beat 13.0 pts (in flex), 13.0 pts (in RB spot)
- Rob Gronkowski TE, needs to beat 13.0 pts (in flex), 5.5 pts (in TE spot)
- Kansas City D/ST, needs to beat 0.0 pts
- Lefty - 107.0
My favorite outcome this week is seeing Sarcastaball with a shot at climbing possibly as high as 4th place and Dan's Team sitting far out of reach of 1st. Except for Team Gordo and Lefty, every team has a chance of improving after tonight. Let's just hope that Charles, Gronk, Ridley, and Brady don't implode before the end of the game.
Well enjoy Monday night football and all that riveting color commentary. Don't you just love how Gruden's football analogies pretty much only involve terms from not football? Did Mike Tirico just say, "These Fourth Down punts"...? It's official, I'm muting the game.
